Beauty, Health, and a Brighter Future: LifeStrong Runs with Purpose
Pasay City, April 12, 2025 – It was an inspiring morning of wellness, purpose, and community spirit as LifeStrong Marketing Inc. successfully held its event – Let’s Run Together: A Run for Save the Children, at the CCP Complex, Pasay City.
Thousands of runners laced up their shoes not just for fitness, but for a greater cause — to raise funds and awareness for Save the Children Philippines, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children’s rights to education, health, and protection.
With four race categories — 1K Kiddie Race, 3K, 5K, and 10K — the event welcomed all ages, from kids taking their first fun run steps to seasoned runners challenging themselves in the 10K. The 3K and 5K categories quickly sold out days before the event, a testament to its warm public reception.
The run’s major sponsors were LifeStrong Marketing Inc. brands: Hairfix, Pretty Secret, DermAid, Megan Beauty, Cathy Doll, NutriXpert, Lummarx, Colorina, White ConC, Chummy Baby, and BodyXpert. The special participation of Katinko and Amira made the event even more meaningful.
Adding star power and heartfelt support were LifeStrong’s brand endorsers: Camille Prats for DermAid; Rabiya Mateo, Tracy Maureen Perez and Francine Reyes for Hairfix; Jillian Ward for Pretty Secret; and Barbie Forteza for Save the Children Philippines. They joined the run, shared encouraging messages, and took time to meet participants. Their presence amplified the fun run’s advocacy — that beauty, health, and kindness go hand in hand.
Ms. Margaret Lee, COO of LifeStrong Marketing Inc., personally thanked all organizers, attendees, volunteers, and sponsors during the brief awarding ceremony, emphasizing that every kilometer run meant hope, health, and help for Filipino children in need. “We are beyond grateful for the overwhelming turnout. This is more than a race; it’s a step towards a healthier nation and a better future for children. This marks just the beginning of more purposeful events to come.”
Participants went home not just with medals and race kits, but with meaningful memories and the knowledge that their efforts made a difference. Our 10K race winner, Sonny Wagdos, bagged the grand prize of ₱100,000.
